Incident in Controlled Airspace S Bromma with two Aircraft, Registered SE-DGH, type Fokker F28 and TC-MEK, type Learjet 60

The passenger flight SE-DGH had started from Ronneby and was performing a straight in approach to runway 01 at Stockholm/Arlanda airport. They received a clearance to descend to flight level FL 90. Meanwhile the aircraft TC-MEK took off from Bromma airport for a passenger flight to Istanbul. They received a clearance to climb up to FL 80, but due to a fault on the flight instrument system during 10 seconds, they exceeded the cleared altitude.
