An accident with a single engine propeller aircraft by the type Mooney Ovation2 GX in the Velika Planina area, Slovenia

The Slovenian Air, Maritime and Railway Accident and Incident Investigation Unit is investigating an accident in which the pilot, who was the only one onboard, perished.

The flight originated from Zagreb and had St Gallen as its planned destination. The aircraft was registered in the USA with the designation N595RJ.

As the pilot was a Swedish citizen SHK has appointed an accredited representative to follow and assist the investigation.
