Accident with a Bellanca 8KCAB aircraft at Skå-Edeby aerodrome on 1 June, 2026

During a training session, take-off and landing exercises were being conducted with a Bellanca 8KCAB aircraft, registration SE-GUV, at Skå-Edeby aerodrome. During one of the landings, the left landing gear failed and separated from the aircraft. No personal injuries occured. The aircraft sustained substantial damage.
