WORLD PRIZE – Fatal Man Over Board

During the rigging of a pilot ladder on board the vessel WORLD PRIZE, a crew member fell overboard and died.
The incident occurred after the vessel had departed Rönnskär, Sweden, and has been classified as a very serious Marine casualty.
This is a joint investigation led by UK.
