Information on the progress of the investigation

The investigation of the accident at Lake Siljan on 18 July 2022 is ongoing. The fact-gathering has been completed and a factual meeting was held on May 2, 2023. At the meeting, SHK presented the facts that was available at the time of the meeting. The analysis is expected to be complete early autumn 2023 and a draft of the final report will then be sent out for reference to the stakeholders concerned. After the external draft, the report work will be completed and a final report will then be published on SHK's website.
