Serious incident with a BAE ATP aircraft at Isle of Man's airport

The British Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB-UK) is investigating a serious incident involving a Swedish-registered aircraft, SE-MAJ, of the model BAE ATP. During the approach to Isle of Man, the autopilot could not be disconnected in the normal way. However, the autopilot could be disengaged by holding down a button, designed to temporarily disengage the autopilot. Finally, the autopilot could be disconnected permanently.
