Serious incident during approach to Stockholm/Västerås airport with a Piper PA-31-310 aircraft with the registration LN-NAB

Both engines stopped due to fuel starvation during approach. The crew feathered both propellers and extended the landing-gear manually. The aircraft sustained structural damage to the left wing. No personal injuries occurred.
