Collision between a RHIB and a pilot boat near Sandön/Korsö

A pilot boat and a RHIB boat collided and the RHIB was significantly damaged. One of the two persons who were on board the RHIB was killed and the other person was seriously injured.

The pilot boat lost its ability to manoeuver but was later assisted to the quay where only minor damage was observed. The accident has been classified as a very serious casualty.
