Accident involving aircraft on Björnön near Stockholm-Västerås Airport

An aircraft of type Piper PA 46 Malibu Meridian crashed at an emergency landing after take-off from Stockholm-Västerås Airport. On board the plane there were three people.

Shortly after take-off the aircraft lost engine power and crashed in a field on Björnön. The aircraft was completely destroyed at the accident and the people on board received minor injuries.
