RON JEREMY – sinking of towing vessel, off the coast of Piteå

Early in the morning of June 1 2025, the towing vessel RON JEREMY was towing the barge OSCAR when the crew noticed a developing list. The crew was unable to correct the list, and shortly after 5 a.m., they decided to abandon the ship. Three of the crew members made it onto the barge. One crew member is missing.
